Implementation Teams
Implementation teams (IPT) formed around the three pillars of the project (climate, identification and recruitment, retention and advancement) and the overall evaluation of the project. IPT members serve as role models and mentors while providing advice.
Populated with gender equity-aware and friendly representatives from each participating UT Dallas school and the larger University community, the IPT members will be responsible for implementing the activities and interventions proposed for ASPIRE2, as well as helping to address problems as they arise.
IPT members are also expected to serve as educators, leaders, experts and implementers who will assist departments/programs and offer workshops on best practices for department/program heads, deans and others.
Each of the team members below have agreed to serve as team leads. Each IPT meets monthly with the project director, PI and Co-PI.
